For over 16 years, our founder has been redefining beauty through artistry, education, and passion and now leads a team that does the same. As an award-winning makeup artist, permanent makeup artist, and licensed aesthetician, she’s built her career on one guiding belief — that everyone carries a glow within them…sometimes all it takes is a little care to rekindle it into a flame again.

Alissa is an alumna of Albion College and the Douglas J Aveda Institute.

Her expertise extends beyond the treatment room — she’s a mentor and educator dedicated to helping other beauty professionals succeed through hands-on training and business guidance.

When Alissa is not in the studio, she can be found spending time with her husband and two sons...wearing a top knot and makeup free!
